Rossovivo’s Napoli Oven is a rare thing and it was not much easier to build it. They sourced it from traditional small producers in Campania to make sure about the quality. They then gave the oven to a world – renowned builder Giuseppe. The materials, structure and shape ensure that the environment is maintained correctly to maintain light, fluffy base all – round perfect pizza.
For appetizer I opted for fried potato croquette with mozzarella filling, you cannot express them in words. The gooeyness of cheese and potato was a perfect combination. For the pizza I usually order for Napoli first, filled with tomato, mozzarella, oregano, basil and anchovies. The next favorite pizza of Rossovivo restaurant in Dubai is Umbra with mushrooms, garlic, basil and Mozzarella. I totally recommend all my readers to try it.
